By accessing, using, purchasing, or subscribing to any Materials, you explicitly acknowledge acceptance of and agree to be bound unconditionally by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Users subscribing to premium services may be required to create a user account ("Account"). You explicitly agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, maintaining confidentiality of account credentials at all times.
The Company expressly reserves the unconditional right to immediately terminate your access and/or revoke any Account without notice or refund upon discovery of unauthorized sharing, distribution, resale, or breach of this Agreement involving purchased Materials or subscription access.
Payments shall be securely processed exclusively via our third-party processor, Stripe. Users agree to Stripe’s terms and policies separately and explicitly. The Company accepts payment methods authorized by Stripe.
Materials may be offered as:
One-time Purchases: Single-instance purchases of PDFs, bundles, digital products.
Subscription-based Access: Recurring payments for ongoing premium access to digital Materials.
In cases of payment failures, declined transactions, or chargebacks, Users' access to premium content shall be immediately revoked until full payment resolution.
The Company explicitly offers a limited refund policy of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of initial purchase. Refund eligibility is strictly at the sole and absolute discretion of the Company, contingent upon Users providing clear, compelling evidence that the Materials purchased—not the User's implementation or efforts—are defective or ineffective.
Refund requests beyond the 14-day period shall not be entertained under any circumstances.
The Company explicitly does not offer exchanges, credits, or substitutions in lieu of refunds.
Purchased digital Materials shall be delivered promptly either via immediate download after purchase or via direct email delivery, as determined at the Company's sole discretion.

Users are explicitly prohibited from:

- Modifying or altering any Materials without explicit written authorization.
- Sharing purchased Materials in any form with third parties or unauthorized users.
- Using Company's images or graphical content without prior written permission.
Limited quotations are permissible solely if clearly attributed to Silentium Insights, LLC and restricted strictly to brief excerpts not exceeding a few sentences.
Users explicitly acknowledge and agree that all Materials provided are educational and informational only. Users bear full responsibility and sole liability for their personal or business actions and decisions made using these Materials.
Users under the age of eighteen (18) explicitly require parental consent and supervision due to mature content and language.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO USERS' USE OR MISUSE OF THE WEBSITE OR ANY MATERIALS PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY.
Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its members, employees, affiliates, and representatives from all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) resulting directly or indirectly from Users' breach or violation of this Agreement or misuse of any Materials.
This Agreement shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered privately by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Users expressly waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or court litigation.
This Agreement explicitly incorporates the Company's Privacy Policy by reference, governing all personal data collected and processed by the Company. By using this Website and Materials, Users explicitly consent to all data collection and privacy practices described within that Privacy Policy.
The Company explicitly reserves the unconditional right to modify, update, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notification. Continued use of the Website or Materials after modifications constitutes explicit acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the sole, exclusive, and complete agreement between Users and the Company regarding the subject matter herein, superseding all prior understandings, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.
